Be Broadband recently achieved more than 85 per cent customer satisfaction in a Which? consumer survey.
The score was based on both overall satisfaction and the likelihood that customers would recommend the provider to a friend. And with average customer satisfaction scores of only 49 per cent, Be Broadband's (www.BeThere.co.uk) high score also won it a Best Buy award.

"Gaining such a high percentage in this independent survey shows the benefits of being a Be member"

The award was based on overall satisfaction, customer service, ease of setup, connection speed, reliability and technical support.
Felix Geyr, managing director of Be Broadband, said “This award is a reflection of the hard work that the Be team puts into providing the best possible service to our members. Gaining such a high percentage in this independent survey shows the benefits of being a Be member. Along with a range of initiatives, such as Be Gamer, that bring added value to our members, Be will continue to offer a quality broadband service to all of our members.”
Be offers three broadband packages; Be Value which offers speeds of up to 8Mb for £8 a month until the end of 2008, £14 thereafter; Be Unlimited with download speeds of up to 24Mb and upload speeds of up to 1.3Mb for £18 a month; and Be Pro, with speeds of up to 24Mb, uploads at up to 2.5Mb and a free static IP address for £22 a month.
All packages come with “unlimited” downloads, subject to a very generous fair usage policy, and a free wireless broadband modem.
Michael Phillips, BroadbandChoices.co.uk product director, said: “As well as value and customer service, Be also offers a range of added extras such as optimised broadband, which allows you to personalise your connection, prioritising it for everyday use or for speed, reliability or gaming.”
