About O2 Business broadband
While probably better known as a mobile network, O2 (www.O2.co.uk) provides broadband to over 600,000 home and business users in the UK.
O2 Business offers broadband packages to suit businesses that use up to ten internet-connected computers, with available so suit the size of your business.
The provider also offers internet solutions for big businesses or those that use the internet intensively, tailoring packages to suit the specific needs of an individual company. As O2 Business says: "We've got everything you could want from a business broadband connection."
O2 Business can also offer your company mobile phones with business contracts, a range of landline options and a complete IT and communications package called Joined Up Business.
The O2 Business broadband service
O2 Business offers two broadband packages for smaller businesses. The first is called Home Office, which is meant for home workers and sole traders using up to two computers. This package will give your business speeds of up to 16.4Mb - more than double the UK average, upload speeds of 1.1Mb and a 150GBdownload limit.
The Office 10 package is designed for small to medium-sized companies using up to 10 packages. It offers them the same download and upload speeds as the Home Office package, but double the download limit, giving you 300GB a month to play with.
Both packages come with a wireless router, a static IP address and security software from well-known security software company McAfee.

O2 also provides solutions for large corporations and public sector organisations through O2 Unify. O2 Unify provides complete IT and communications packages to big businesses. Joined Up Business offers such organisations a way of providing and managing IT and communications for employees and customers through one supplier.
O2 Business broadband benefits
One of the main benefits of getting broadband through O2 Business is that it offers round the clock UK-based support to its customers. The providers customer service team can be contacted for free via an O2 landline or mobile phone, and there is also a 24/7 online help service.
Businesses signing up to the Home Office and Office 10 packages can also subscribe to Fast Fix for an extra fee each month. This service means any problems will be fixed more quickly and you'll get adongleto keep you going during any downtime.
Unlike many otherbusiness broadband providers, O2 Business offers a business bundle called All In, which gives your business broadband, a landline, a mobile contract and a mobile phone from one provider. You can also sign-up to these services individually, although you'll only to be able to get the handsets in conjunction with an O2 Business mobile contract.
