Mobile network T-Mobile (www.T-Mobile.co.uk) offers a choice ofpay-as-you-go mobile broadband, pay monthly plans or even pay upfront packages.

As well as the usual USB dongles, T-Mobile also has a range of mobile Wi-Fi or "Mi-Fi" pointers to share your connection with any Wi-Fi enabled device - whether it's a laptop, tablet, smartphone or printer.

T-Mobile pay monthly plans come with 18-month contracts and generous download allowances of up to 10GB. There are also "unlimited" options to consider if you're a big downloader.

Its pay upfront dongles come pre-loaded 90 days of internet usage, and by paying upfront you can save up to 25% on T-Mobile data costs.

One of the main benefits of T-Mobile's packages is the fact that a fair usage policy is used rather than strict download limits. Other providers charge as much as 20p per extra MB you use, but with T-Mobile you won't immediately be charged if you exceed the monthly allowance.

T-Mobile has also been found to be one of the UK's fastest mobile broadband providers.

The top speed on T-Mobile's network is currently around 7Mb. However, speeds vary depending on where you live and, just as with a fixed line connection, you're unlikely to ever reach the top advertised speed.
