To help you compare the true costs, we list packages by First Year Cost, highlighting any special offers or discounts and flagging any hidden charges such as hardware postage costs and installation fees. However, 1st Yeat Cost does NOT include line rental that you may have to pay to BT or your ISP in order to use ADSL – or fixed line - broadband. Further more it does NOT include call charges that are outside the advertised inclusive calling plan or any charges you might incur for exceeding your download usage limit.
