How does this promotion work?

Simple – fill out the form on BroadbandChoices.co.uk. Click on the “Sign up for O2 Broadband” button which will take you to the O2 website. Sign up for the O2 Home Broadband Standard, Premium or Pro package. (note – this offer is only available online and is NOT available in retail stores nor if you call O2 & sign up via the phone)

Why do I need to fill out the form on BroadbandChoices.co.uk?

This form is for reconciliation purposes so O2 can identify which customers are eligible for their 4 free months of broadband.

How do I claim my 4 free months?

You don’t need to do anything. O2 will automatically provide the first 2 months line rental for free and then a further credit equivalent to the next 2 months free will be applied within 60 days of connecting to the service. For existing O2 customers signing up to the Standard package for example that will be a credit of £7.50 x 2 so £15 and for all other customers the credit will be £12.50 x 2 so £25.

Is there a start or end date to this promotion?

Yes – you must sign up for the O2 Home Broadband Standard, Premium or Pro package on the O2 website, confirming accepting their Terms and Conditions, between 12:01 on Sunday the 25th of January 2010 and 23:59pm on Sunday the 31st of January 2010.

What products can I get this free offer for?

This introductory offer is ONLY available for the O2 Home Broadband Standard package.

Is there a minimum contract length?

Yes there is – O2 Home Broadband Standard, Premium or Pro package minimum contract length is 12 months.
