Madasafish aims to be as “transparent and honest” as possible, promising not to sell your email address to marketing companies or “bombard you with lots of ‘exclusive offers’ from other companies”. Madasafish says “our focus as a company is simply to provide top quality phone and internet services”.
This ethic has earned the ISP a reputation for being open and reliable, and it has won awards for its customer service.
Madasafish currently offers three broadband packages; all offering speeds of up to 8Mb, with a set download allowance of 5GB for light users, 20GB for moderate users or a generous 50GB a month for heavy downloaders. Additional data is changed at £1.96 per GB - though you'll never be charged more than £99.99.
All packages are subject to a 12 month contract, with free connection and a free wireless networking kit.
Users can also bundle their broadband with home phone and Madasafish line rental.

The Madasafish wireless networking kit that comes free with all packages includes a wireless router and a wireless USB adaptor in case any of your home computers aren’t wireless enabled.
All customers can also take advantage of a number of added extras, including unlimited email addresses, free virus protection and spam filters, and a free static IP address - all of its hardware is Apple Mac-compatible too, and its technical support staff are trained to deal with Apple Mac problems.
Madasafish’s line rental is less than £10 a month and customers can bundle their broadband with home phone services for free evening and weekend UK landline calls at no extra cost if they take the ISP’s own line rental.
"Bundle users can also save money by switching their line rental to Madasafish for just £9.75 a month - £1.50 a month cheaper than BT Broadband's (www.BT.com) line rental.
“However, users should be aware that if they exceed their usage limit, excess charges are high and bills could soon add up. Customers worried about this should take a look at Plusnet Broadband (www.Plus.net), Madasafish’s parent company, as packages are cheaper, it offers an “unlimited broadband” package - subject to a fair usage policy - and service is still of a high standard,” advised Phillips.
