I cannot pull up the 'Show Downloads Summary' screen. The 'Preferences' screen opens OK.

Hi Trevor,
We are aware of this issue and others and will be launching a new download monitor fairly soon.
Make sure that you are registered with Consumerchoices.co.uk and we will update you when the new version is ready.
In the meantime you might want to take a look at out FAQ page for more info on the download monitor.

can i get more info on the monitor, as the graphs and data displayed seem to show no relation to my actual usage ,the down load and upload figures are completely different to whats actualy working,.. - Sep 15 2011 9:06AM

I have a 40GB limit of download. I have been with this ISP for years and there in no over limit download ttill this Sept bill. It shown on 08/09/09 Broadband ADDITIONAL Download 46GB cost extra £17.25 Called to get more clarification, they just said the bill is correct.
