BroadbandChoices will not use your postcode for any reason other than to perform a broadband check on your line. The broadband check is essential to find out which providers are available to you, but your postcode will not be stored after the check has been performed.

We are data protection registered (Ref: Z932912X) so any information you give us is secure. If you sign up to our newsletters, or register with us in order to use any of the free software we provide, we will store your information only in order to provide the service you have signed up for - from which you can easily unsubscribe - and we will never share your information with a third party.

If you provide us with any personal information in order to switch through our website, we will keep any sensitive data - such as bank details - for up to two weeks in order to allow the switch to go through. After two weeks, this information is deleted from our systems. We do keep non-sensitive data for quality and auditing processes.
