Karoo Internet topping the table of BroadbandCHOICES. Sadly for those of living in Hull (population +250,000), we've actually NO CHOICE other than to endure Karoo Internet. Gov, EU, anyone - please help! - Jan 24 2010 5:58PM
Lee Sainty, Hull, UK

Interesting to see that the average for Karoo is 4.4Mb when the majority of the network has been upgraded to ADSL2+ now where that is only 30% of it availiable speed. But put the capping and price stats against it and Karoo will be pants, but wait we can goto a competitor who can give unlimited downloads at a cheaper price... Oh sorry I forgot I live in Hull so don't have that option. - Sep 8 2009 11:37AM
I was told the other day that somebody they know pays just over £17a month on option 1 and gets unlimeted on line time andafter my special introductory price I will be paying as much as him and only allowed 10Gbs per month if this is true as a karoo share holder I think this is totally out of order - Jun 3 2009 8:22PM
After a very bad start in March, when my broadband speed was 300kb/s, I am now, in May, getting about 4.6Mb/s (2.4Mb/s wireless) download from Talktalk - that is 150% of what was promised when I transferred to that ISP. This is better than Karoo. - May 19 2009 3:54PM
Funny how karoo yet again are top of the charts, considering they only provide to one town!!!!!
Them results cant be fair as other providers are used up and down the whole of the country in which different areas will receive various ranged connection speeds at different intervals throughout each day, thus creating different a different average each time.
