Best broadband overall
Our Customer Satisfaction Survey 2011 reveal that niche broadband companies are surging ahead of the major providers when it comes to keeping customers happy.
- BE Broadband stole the show, winning five out of six key satisfaction categories for broadband-only services.
- O2 Broadband took the crown for bundled services, coming top in all categories.
- Plusnet is nipping at the winners' heels, receiving commendations for broadband-only and bundled services.
- Virgin Media continued to be highly commended for broadband speed and was "highly commended" in four categories.
- Honourable mentions went to BT, (Customer Service) TalkTalk (Value for Money) and Orange (Most Improved).

O2 (www.O2.co.uk) emerged as the Overall Winner across all categories amongst providers of bundled services (broadband, home phone and digital TV taken together). O2 was followed by Virgin Media Broadband (www.VirginMedia.com) and Plusnet (www.Plus.net), which were both highly commended.
