T-Mobile has been rated top for upload and download speeds in YouGov’s latest mobile broadband survey.
The mobile broadband provider was placed first in eight categories, including customer service, billing, ease of use and installation.
The independent survey of 2,068 mobile broadband users ranked T-Mobile Broadband (www.T-Mobile.co.uk) top for the third time running.
Steve Mitchell, T-Mobile UK head of post-pay marketing, said: “Our sustained success in what is probably the UK’s most comprehensive and regular sampling of mobile broadband customer satisfaction, shows that customers rate us highly for value for money and levels of service.
“Customers have the added assurance that we remain the only network to offer unlimited browsing without charging run-on rates.”
T-Mobile offers fair usage mobile broadband and is the only provider not to automatically charge customers if they exceed their limit.
Michael Phillips, BroadbandChoices.co.uk product director, said: “While T-Mobile doesn’t apply excess use charges, customers still need to keep an eye on how much they’re downloading. Users who do exceed their limit could have their service reduced or even be asked to upgrade to a more appropriate, and more expensive, tariff if they regularly go over their monthly download allowance.”
