Broadband Choices

Need broadband? Ready to switch?
Get fair, unbiased advice in a language you understand
so you make the right choice.

Ask Our Expert

Hello and welcome to the Ask Our Expert area of BroadbandChoices.

At BroadbandChoices, we endeavour to remedy as many of your problems as our resources and expertise will permit.
However, we regret that we’re unable to provide solutions to any technical or hardware issues, and we’re not able to respond to all the e-mails we receive. Here’s a breakdown of the issues that we’re unable to help you with at present.

BroadbandChoices cannot:

  • Give technical advice relating to modems, wireless routers, networks or system configurations.

  • Provide you with contractual information relating to an agreement with your ISP. You must approach your ISP for this information.

  • Increase the speed of your broadband connection. Again, your ISP will assist you with this matter.

  • Give legal advice. You can contact the Which? Legal Service, OTELO or CISAS for legal advice.
