Eclipse launches ‘expert advice’ service

Broadband provider Eclipse has launched an online business advice service allowing businesses to choose the best broadband and web hosting services for their needs.
Potential business broadband users can start an online “live chat” with a member of the Eclipse (www.Eclipse.net.uk) team to discuss any products that they’re interested in.
Mark Thomas of Eclipse said: “Many small businesses want to buy broadband and other internet services online because of the convenience and cost benefits it offers. However, they sometimes need further information about the benefits of services such as managed server hosting before deciding which is the right product for them.
“Our online Expert Advice service provides valuable assistance to these customers, answering their questions immediately, without the need for them to make a phone call or send an email.”
Customers can also email the team or request a call back.
Michael Phillips, BroadbandChoices.co.uk product director, said: “Business users have more complex needs than general consumers and although the best deals are invariably found online, it can be frustrating if you’re not sure what products you should be buying, what download speed you need or what the right usage allowance for your business is.
