1. why is it im paying good money for a 20 meg speed connection and only receiving on average around 10 meg speed , this can not be right can it ? , which governing body can I complain to as complaining to virgin media there's never no simple answer, but I continue to pay for something im not getting. Hence reason I have cancelled this week, i was paying 37 big ones per month.

2. i have had my broadband with your selfs/ ntl for 5 years now . paying £25 a month for L package just done a internet speed test and found that i'm getting about 1.6mb. that in its self, i would say is very poor considering all your advertisement seems to push is the fibre optic line " get what you pay for". which i am not. and for the last couple of months i've been getting a problem with the connection to the internet getting lost but then reconnecting after modem turned off and on , when trying to get through to your fault team (which is a complete nightmare) and very hard to understand what they are saying , i just get the answer i'll send a engineer but if there is no fault found then you pay the charges . i find this very unhelpful . And sorry for sounding like someone that just likes moaning but when i get a letter through the door saying 20mb internet and free wireless router for new customers £10 a month it feels like a kick in the teeth .

3. I have been trying to install blueyonder after having to restore my computer to the initial manufactures settings, but I keep getting an error whilst connecting to the server. Can you help please?

5. i wanna ask why i signed for virgin broadband on the terms it was free installation for that weekend have i been billed £30 installation to be taken out direct debit and leave me with no money for me and my daughter im a single mum with no one to help me now and have been told the broadband is cheaper now but im gettn charged £18 a month

7. my partner is payin £20 for l broadband yet its loads cheaper online we are moving soon and think i will join sky they offer same deals to everone not just new customers not be long before new customers feel same and leave u to join sky

8. can u explain why my other half (long term member of virgin media) is still paying £18 a month for size "m" when on ur web site you offer the same deal for £4.50 a month. what about looking after your existing coustomers before we all leave.!

9. Why are advertising that you can have up to 15 email addresses when your email service does not work, I have been waiting since 5 June 2008 for an email account to be activated to no avail. Only comments is that you can't given a definante date for it to be activated!!

10. Can you tell me ? I am Paying £35 a month for XL have been for many years.If the cost for XL is now only £10 a month whay has this not been changed on my account.
