What does Direct Save Broadband offer?

The Direct Save Telecom broadband package comes as part of a bundle: 8Mbps broadband plus unlimited phone calls for a monthly subscription. With this, you get a static IP address, unlimited off-peak usage, and access to a UK-based customer services helpline. Customers also get a free modem. There is no long-term contract to sign, so customers can cancel their service at 28 days’ notice. However, if you cancel there is an exit fee.

Are there any draw backs of DIrect Save broadband?

Although the broadband package is advertised as ‘unlimited’, customers are subject to a fair usage policy, where peak-time broadband access is limited to 20GB per month. Therefore, Direct Save Telecom is well suited to people who use broadband at home during the day, but it won’t be such a good idea if you’re on the internet a lot in the evenings and on weekends.
