Eclipse Broadband
Eclipse Internet offers a mixture of broadband packages at good value prices, with UK based technical support with every package.
Eclipse Internet was launched in 1995 with just £20,000 and launched a dial-up internet service in 1996. Its first national broadband service came around in 2001, and it was the first UK service that was simple enough to be installed at home without the need for an IT expert or engineer. In 2002, Eclipse became the first UK ISP to offer online broadband ordering.
The Eclipse Broadband Service
If you live within Eclipse’s ‘on network area’, you may be able to get speeds up to 24Mb! Customers ‘out of area’ can still get Eclipse’s great service with speeds up to 8Mb. More information on switching broadband provider

All packages include a static IP address, UK based support, Virus protection and spam protection.
Additional usage costs £1.25 per GB.
Eclipse awards & accreditations
Eclipse has been nominated for the 2008 Internet Service Providers’ Association (ISPA) “Best Business ISP” and “Best Business Email” awards.
It also won the award for the “Best Consumer Broadband” at the 2007 ISPA awards, where an ISPA spokesperson said: “The judges were impressed with Eclipse’s ‘zero-touch’ fully automated order processing service and rapid delivery of its broadband services. Of particular note were Eclipse’s efforts to provide uncapped broadband.”
In previous years it won other awards from the ISPA and also received commendations from PC Pro magazine and the British Computer Society.
