Eclipse wins customer service award for business broadband

A commitment to customer service has won Eclipse Internet (www.Eclipse.net.uk) the Best Customer Focus award at the Best Business Awards 2010.

Eclipse offers 24Mb broadband packages to homes and businesses, and it was its business broadband services that won it the award.

Commenting on Eclipse Internet’s Best Business Award for Best Customer Focus, Andrew Areoff, chair of the judging panel, said: “Many organisations pay lip-service to great customer focus but few truly deliver. The provider offers business broadband packages from just £14.95 a month with an up to 24Mb connection and a 3GB download allowance for home office users, going up to its Business Gold package, which comes with speeds of up to 24Mb, “unlimited broadband” downloads, subject to a fair usage policy, and a host of added extras and useful features.
