TalkTalk MAC code

Answer: To get your MAC Code - also known as a MAC Key, or MAC number - simply call TalkTalk Customer Services on 0870 444 1820. This number is free if you call from your TalkTalk landline.

A MAC code allows you to switch seamlessly from one copper wire, ADSL broadband provider to another - so you won’t have a break in your connection. However, a MAC code won’t work if you're switching to cable as it uses a different type of technology. If you're having problems with your broadband or landline service, please contact TalkTalk's Technical Support instead on 0870 087 8777. This number is free of charge when dialled from your TalkTalk landline. You could also visit the TalkTalk Members' Forums for user-contributed support on most issues.
