TalkTalk Broadband (www.Talktalk.co.uk) is offering a massive 12 months free broadband and home phone when you sign up to its new 24 month contract.
The deal is available to all new customers until 01 February via the Carphone Warehouse website, and would save you more than £80 over the course of the year.
You would still have to pay £11.49 a month for your TalkTalk landline, plus a £29.99 connection fee, but TalkTalk claims that this deal could save you £245 compared to BT Broadband (www.BT.com) Option 1 with evening and weekend calls.
The offer, which gives you the Essentials package free for a year, comes with 8Mb broadband, a 40GB download allowance and a free wireless router. Once the free broadband offer has expired, you will pay £6.99 a month, plus line rental, for the remainder of your contract.
Michael Phillips, Broadbandchoices.co.uk product director, said: “A whole year’s free broadband is a great deal, and even once you have to pay for your package, TalkTalk’s Essentials plan is really great value for money, with speeds of up to 8Mb and a generous download allowance.”
