,,,,im moving house next mth i was going to cancel you all together ,im fed up of getting no where ,i cant get on to veiw my bills in full and i want to know where has my £25,00 cash payment gone ,,when i first signed up i was told i couldnt just have broadband that i had to have the phone line cos it was free ,,,,if you can say to me that yes i should of had my £25,00 taken off my bill and that im allowed to not have a phone line ,,yes i would like to stay with you when i move in june ,,cant give new details yet untill i sign for the new place ,,when i log in to virgin ,,,i dont excist ,PLEASE help got email last month saying no record of my others i have sent and to ring this number i dont want to ring i want written words ,kind regards mrs sandra lodge - May 5 2012 4:40PM
