	BT download is always around 5.6/5.8 mbs constant. Slow upload speeds. Download speeds are 20% less than stated by BT download speeds are variable. sometimes as low as 44kbs with no explanation. an engineer was sent out but,while he admitted there was a problem, he could not fix it. 	O2 did exactly what they said they would when starting the service. The performance of the broadband is twice as good as the previous supplier, excellant job - well done O2 i have been very impressed with the service and speeds i have recieved from o2, compared to BT! 	Excellent communication regarding recent speed issue, kept informed and resolved. Customer service first class. Exceptional technical persistence in tracking down and correcting a problem with low broadband speed. 	Sky are usually pretty good, i should get 2 but get 1.6/7. Since joining Sky Broadband over 12 mths ago I have not had any problems and had no need to contact Customer Service. 	My internet speed was very slow.When i complained to talktalk they sorted it out within a few days. I was very impressed. 	daily speed testing shows my results to be consistently above that promised (20Mbs) I have had very good service from Virgin to start with it was a bit erratic but we are now getting around 19MB download speed from our 20MB service which I understand is better than most. slow speeds at night sometimes Read all Virgin Broadband reviews
