Orange has unleashed a new Compaq CQ61 notebook plus mobile broadband deal, starting at less than £25 a month, if you pay £129 up-front for the laptop.
Orange (www.Orange.co.uk) mobile broadband has unleashed a new Compaq notebook plus mobile broadband deal.
The Compaq CQ61 laptop has a DVD player as well as a massive 250GB hard drive and a glossy black finish.
It is available on an 18- or 24-month contract and buyers can choose their monthly download limit from 1GB, 3GB and 5GB. It comes with a new model Orange e1752 dongle.
Plans start at £24.47 a month for 1GB of usage, plus an up-front cost of £129 for the notebook.
If you need a boosted monthly download allowance you can purchase extra usage bundles, starting at £5 for a 1GB 30-day boost and going up to £20 a month for a 10GB 30-day boost.
The plans also include a number of texts according to the download allowance you choose.

“There is an upfront cost for the netbook, unless you’re prepared to sign-up for the 5GB monthly allowance and a 24-month contract. But with a built-in DVD player, this notebook has a significant selling point.”
