Sky Broadband without TV
Question: does Sky offer broadband only packages? I want just Sky Broadband because I already have my calls with another provider.
Answer: Yes, you can now get Sky Broadband without TV. Sky's Unlimited broadband package (one of the few genuinely unlimited broadband packages on the market) is now available to customers taking their line rental and calls from another provider, or who don’t want Sky TV.

The Sky broadband service
Sky (www.Sky.com) has 2 plans to choose from. It's entry-level plan comes with download speeds up to 20Mb and a small 2GB monthly usage allowance, ideal for light users. At the other end of the spectrum, it's premium broadband option has speeds up to 20Mb and unlimited usage - perfect for families and students.
Sky's broadband service has won a string of awards from price comparison sites. It came top in our 2009 Customer Satisfaction Survey for bundled services, and was highly commended for value for money in our 2010 survey.
Sky TV Packs explained
Sky (www.Sky.com) organises its TV channels in six Entertainment Packs, so you only pay for what you want to watch. The first Pack costs £18 per month, and £1 for any additional Pack.
- Variety Pack includes Sky1, Living, FX, Sci Fi, and Comedy Central.
- Music Pack has MTV, VH1, 4Music and more.
- Children's Pack includes the Disney Channel, Nickelodeon and more.
- News & Events Pack: includes Sky News, Sky Sports News and British Eurosport.
- Knowledge Pack includes the Discovery Channel, History and National Geographic.
- Style & Culture Pack includes Sky Arts 1, Sky Arts 2, Food and Home.
Sports and Movies are available as separate packs. Add the Sports Pack to your basket for access to 4 channels (Sky Sports 1 & 2 plus bonus channels Sky Sports 3 & 4) and coverage of over 100 sports, from football, to rugby, cricket and more.
