(29-03-07) - BT is dropping introductory prices for its broadband subscriptions, from Thursday March 29th.
The new prices will reduce the overall subscription cost, but the discounts only affect new customers and not standard tariffs. Customers will now be able to get BT Total Broadband from £8.95 per month for the first six months.
Details of the price cuts are as follows:
Customers on a 12-month contract will also benefit from reductions for the first three months.
Chris Eagle, Commercial Manager at BroadbandChoices.co.uk, says: Its great to see prices coming down, particularly as the BT Total Broadband packages come with added extras like security measures. But we would like to see the price cuts extended to the standard tariffs, to reward customers for their loyalty.
The new BT Total Broadband prices are now live on the BroadbandChoices.co.uk comparison service.
