Which package you choose will depend on how big your company is; the Business Broadband(1-9 Users) package is, perhaps surprisingly, designed for companies that need to provide broadband access for up to nine employees, while the Business Broadband (10-20 Users) package is, quelle surprise, tailored for larger businesses with over between 10and 20 employees that will need broadband access.

Primus Business does not charge a connection fee for switching to its broadband from another service and a wide choice of wired or wireless routers, though these are charged for separately.

You can also take advantage of the free technical support, which is vital to any business, as well as static IP addresses that allow you to connect to your office PC from home or run your own server or filesharing site. These are available with the 1-9 users package and come free with the 10-20 users package. Primus Business also supplies broadband customers with five email addresses.
