You are listing My ISP as top of the charts.
Can I point out that Karoo are upto 24mb not 8mb

Based on this Your numberr 10 slot BT are reaching only 30% of their advertised speeds, on the same note Karoo are only really reaching 18% of their advertised rates. Maybe if companies like your own would state the facts then ISP's would be forced to improve their services.

The above table just shows how the Broadband companies are conning us, even the best is only a little over 50% of what it should be. I notice on the BT website it tells me that at my address I should be able to get speeds of 7mb which I have never revceived and this is meant to give advice to new subscribers of the service they can expect, then they sign up and receive less than 1mb. What can we as consumers do as it seems that all providers fail miserably. The engineer who installed my new broadband here said that BT were working on test of upto 100mb. Most of us I'm sure would be happy with at least what we are meant to get from them and perhaps a little faster download speeds most of us surely do not need 100mb for domestic use. Perhaps they should be working on sorting out the local networks. - Mar 9 2009 1:53PM
