BT is the UK’s biggest home phone supplier, offering customers home phone and broadband services, as well as digital TV in the form of the BT YouView service and BT Vision. Could bundling your services with BT save you money?
BT's network reach, unlike many other providers, extends to virtually the whole of the UK so for some of the population, particularly those in more rural areas, BT may be the only option for phone and broadband.
Although BT has consistently held the largest share of the fixed-line (home phone) market, this share has been declining over the years as competitors began to offer viable alternatives.
BT currently offers three different calling plans: Unlimited Weekend Calls, Unlimited Evening and Weekend Calls, and Unlimited Anytime Calls. All packages include calls to 0845 and 0870 numbers during the relevant period and come with a 12 month contract.
Customers have to pay for BT line rental on top of the cost of the package, however, you can reduce the cost by paying for 12 months line rental up front.
BT's line rental and calls charges are not the cheapest on the market, but when bundled with broadband and TV you may be able to save money compared with paying for separate services from different suppliers.
All phone packages come with BT Privacy at Home - which includes Caller Display, and BT Answer 1571 voicemail - free with your plan when you make two calls a month.

If you are unsure whether you already have BT sockets in your home, BT can perform a line check for you as you start your order.
If you do not have an existing BT landline, it takes around 14 days to have your landline connection installed, and a little longer if you are also ordering broadband and TV.
