TalkTalk static IP
Question: Does TalkTalk offer a static IP address?
Answer: This depends on whether you're a home broadband customer or a business broadband user.
TalkTalk (www.TalkTalk.co.uk) home broadband packages come with a dynamic IP address but TalkTalk business broadband, delivered through its Opal division (www.Opal.co.uk) include one static IP address - call Opal Business Broadband free on 0800 542 6900.
However, you don't need to sign-up to a business broadband package to get one. ISPs like O2 Broadband (www.O2.co.uk) and BE Broadband (www.Bethere.co.uk) include static IP addresses either as standard, or as on add-on. Compare their packages against TalkTalk with our best buy table:
