About Zen Broadband
Zen Broadband is a relatively small UK provider that has been plugging businesses and homes into the web since way back in 1995 when it launched with only a handful of employees. Unlike many of its competitors, Zen Broadband's customer service and technical support teams don't use or read from scripts - they claim to "really know their stuff" - and this is one of the reasons why Zen has won so many awards over recent years.
The Zen Broadband service
Zen Broadband offers a selection of home, business and home office packages. The company prides itself on its dedication to reliability and customer service across the whole network. It offers several home broadband tariffs with varied speeds and download allowances. The actual speeds you receive will depend on the technology in your local exchange, but it has fibre optic packages offering speeds of up to 38Mb or even 76Mb.
Zen Broadband offers business contracts on a "rolling" one-month basis, while its fibre broadband service requires a minimum 12-month term.

Zen Broadband currently offers five varied "superfast" packages, delivering fibre optic broadband with speeds of up to 76Mb.
While the basic Fibre Lite package provides a slower "up to 38Mb" connection, as well as a smaller 20GB monthly usage limit, the Fibre Active, Fibre Pro, Fibre Office and Fibre Office Pro packages bring speeds of up to 76Mb and download allowances of up to 1,000GB!
Zen Broadband's fibre packages are only available on a minimum 12-month contract.
