Satisfaction Guaranteed

(29-06-07) - PlusNet is offering new customers a 90 day guarantee allowing them to switch their broadband without the risk of being stuck with a service they’re not happy with for a whole year.

They’re so confident about their service that they will refund your subscription within three months if you’re in any way unhappy.

Chris Eagle, commercial manager at BroadbandChoices.co.uk said: “This will be welcomed news for many switching customers, as there is always a risk that they won’t be happy with their new service, but by the time they realise this, they’re already locked into a long contract.”

They are also offering existing customer a £25 reward for every customer recommended, as well as discounts on their subscription.

Neil Armstrong, products director at PlusNet said: “We’ve introduced this simple satisfaction guarantee because we’re proud and confident about our broadband service in comparison with other products on the market.

“We already offer a one-month contract which makes PlusNet a confident choice for anyone who isn’t currently happy with their current provider. We know customers stay with PlusNet because they are happy, not because they are tied into long contracts.”
