  2. i wanna ask why i signed for virgin broadband on the terms it was free installation for that weekend have i been billed £30 installation to be taken out direct debit and leave me with no money for me and my daughter im a single mum with no one to help me now and have been told the broadband is cheaper now but im gettn charged £18 a month

  4. my partner is payin £20 for l broadband yet its loads cheaper online we are moving soon and think i will join sky they offer same deals to everone not just new customers not be long before new customers feel same and leave u to join sky

  5. can u explain why my other half (long term member of virgin media) is still paying £18 a month for size "m" when on ur web site you offer the same deal for £4.50 a month. what about looking after your existing coustomers before we all leave.!

  6. Why are advertising that you can have up to 15 email addresses when your email service does not work, I have been waiting since 5 June 2008 for an email account to be activated to no avail. Only comments is that you can't given a definante date for it to be activated!!
