Dell Inspiron Mini with mobile broadband
From £25 a month on a two year contract you can get a free Dell Inspiron Mini 9 laptop with built-in mobile broadband - so no need for a mobile USB modem - you simply put your mobile broadband SIM card into the laptop to surf the net no matter where you are.
The Inspiron Mini 9 has an 8.9 inch screen and weighs just 990g - small enough and light enough to take with you wherever you go. It’s worth £269, is wireless enabled and comes with an 8GB hard drive, Windows XP Home Edition and a built-in webcam.
Vodafone’s free laptop offer is available on two different mobile broadband plans - one for £25 a month and one for £30 a month.
Although you will receive the same spec laptop no matter which tariff you choose, your data allowance will vary. For £25 a month you only get a 1GB download allowance, while for £30 you get a more generous 3GB.
