How does it work?
Once we receive your bill we'll use the following information to find similar packages that are available where you live:
- Broadband package
- TV package
- Home phone package
- Monthly cost
To give you a better idea of what's available, we'll also find a few variations on your current package, in case your needs have changed since you signed up for it or you want something more, such as:
- Faster speeds
- More TV channels
- Inclusive calls
If we need any further information to find you a better deal we'll ask you via the email address you sent your bill to us with or calling you on the number that appears on your bill.
Once we've had a look around at what deals are available in your area, we'll send you the results of our search, including:
- 3-4 packages that match your needs
- Direct links to sign up to them
- Contact numbers for the providers
- A full breakdown of all the costs
- Details of possible savings
- A link to our live chat service
We'll send all this to you within 48 hours (between Monday and Friday - we need a lie in!) of receiving your bill - see the full terms and conditions of the send us your bill service for more details.
Simply pick the package you like and click on the link to sign up - your new provider will then cancel your existing package for you - unless you're switching to or from Virgin Media.
Alternatively, use the phone number provided to make your order over the phone. And that's it! Now you can sit back, relax and look forward to your new package arriving - job done.
