Price Promise for Orange broadband customers

Worried that you’re not getting the best value for money from your provider? Orange broadband is promising to automatically lower customers’ bills if it offers the same package at a lower price.

Bruno Duarte, vice president of Orange Home, said: "We realise that times are financially hard for many and that several of our rivals are actually increasing the price of their service this New Year.

"So we want to reassure our customers that we'll do all we can to maintain our best value offers."

The provider's Price Promise is available to all new and existing customers signing up to either its Broadband & Off-peak Calls or Broadband & Anytime Calls packages.

Each package comes with speeds of up to20Mb broadband and "unlimited broadband" downloads, subject to a fair usage policy.

Orange also offers a range of other benefits including online protection and parental controls from McAfee, as well as its popular Orange Wednesdays deal, which gives customers 2-for-1 cinema tickets every week.

Michael Phillips, product director, added: "Orange's broadband and phone bundles are great for existing Orange mobile customers and its new Price Promise, will give peace of mind to its customers in these cost conscious times."
