TalkTalk extends 50% discount on broadband

Get broadband for just £3.49 a month from TalkTalk.

The UK's second biggest broadband company TalkTalk broadband has extended its six months half-price deal, allowing you to get online for just £3.49 a month.

The offer is available until 31 March for new customers signing up to the Essentials package.

The Essentials deal comes with speeds of up to 20Mb broadband, a 40GB download allowance and free evening and weekend calls. The Essentials pack usually costs £6.99 a month.

You will also have to pay £12.30 a month line rental and sign a 12-month contract.

And if you sign-up now, you can save an extra £29.99 by taking advantage of TalkTalk's free connection offer.

Michael Phillips, Broadbandchoices.co.uk product director, said: "This great deal gives you a first-year cost of just £62.88 for broadband and home phone calls.

"You can also personalise your package with Boosts that double your download allowance or add free calls to 36 international destinations," added Phillips.
