Three offers ‘must-have’ tablet PCs from £49.99

New customers signing up to Three mobile broadband can now get one of the latest tablets on a contract, cutting down on the up-front costs.

But you'll have to sign-up for 24 months with the mobile network.

David Kerrigan, head of mobile broadband at Three, said: "These are three of the hottest tablets on the market at the moment. They are ideal to take out and about with you and our generous data allowances and great coverage mean you can keep using your tablet whenever you need it."

The Samsung Galaxy Tab costs £199 with a 15GB download allowance, on a 24-month contract at £25 a month. The tablet comes with:

  • A 7in touchscreen
  • 1.0 GHz processor
  • 16GB storage
  • HD playback
  • Flash support
  • Android 2.2FroYo operating system
  • Front and rear facing cameras for video calls
  • Access to more than 100,000 apps via Google's Android Marketplace.

Alternatively, customers can get the new Commtiva N700 for £99 on a £25 a month contract with 15GB of data. It comes with:

  • A 7in touchscreen
  • Android 2.2 FroYo operating system
  • 3MP camera
  • More than 100,000 apps via Google Marketplace
  • 4GB microSD card
  • Flash support.

Finally, the Dell Inspiron Duo costs just £49.99 upfront, but customers must take a more expensive contract at £41.52 a month - and with a lower 5GB download allowance. The hybrid tablet and netbook allows you flip the screen to touch or type. It comes with:

  • A 10.1in HD screen
  • Windows 7 Home Premium
  • 1.3Mp webcam
  • 320GB hard drive
  • Powerful Intel Atom processor - N550 Dual Core
  • 2GB of RAM computer memory.
