Zen Internet has topped the customer satisfaction tables to be named a Which? Best Buy for the seventh year running.

Zen Internet received an impressive 88% satisfaction, with five stars for both the connection speed and reliability categories, in the recent Which? survey.

"With an overall customer score of 88%, Zen truly deserves its Recommended Broadband Provider status," said consumer watchdog Which?

"Zen has been among our top broadband performers since 2005, and this time round received top marks for connection reliability and speed, falling down only on value for money, for which it got three stars."

O2 broadband took the second place spot, with 79% satisfaction, followed by BE broadband on 75%.

The survey was based on more than 10,000 responses from Which? members, and the scores are based on overall satisfaction and the customers' likelihood to recommend their provider to a friend.
