TalkTalk says its new Brazilian TV Boost offers the best entertainment, sports and 24-hour news coverage from Brazil, and you can get it without having to make a long-term commitment…

If you want to watch Brazilian TV shows in the UK, here's something new from TalkTalk you might find very interesting.

TalkTalk TV is adding two Brazilian channels to its line-up, available as a top-up 'Boost' costing £15 a month extra on top of your Essentials TV or Plus TV package.

The first channel Is Globo, which gives you Brazilian entertainment, sports and news 24 hours a day, including popular TV series like Domingão do Faustão and recent hit telenovela Império.

The second channel, PFC, is a dedicated football channel showing Brazil Série A matches and programmes including SporTV News, Redação, É Gol! and SportV Repórter.

Once you've paid for the Boost, you'll be able to watch Globo and PFC on the TalkTalk TV channels 488 and 489. And, like with all TalkTalk's TV Boosts, there's no big commitment involved - it works on a flexible monthly basis, so you can cancel it at any time.

TalkTalk TV's Henrik Karlberg said: "We're excited to be offering even more fantastic world channels to TalkTalk TV customers.

"Globo and PFC are great additions to our flexible monthly Boosts and allow customers to dip in and out of their favourite shows from home or afar."

The new Brazilian TV Boost builds on the success of TalkTalk's existing foreign TV Boosts, which offer African, Afrikaans, Arabic, and Japanese TV and Bollywood films.

If you want TalkTalk TV, you can get it with a broadband and home phone package from £8.50 a month plus £15.95 a month line. You'll get a free YouView set-top box, which connects to the broadband, so you can watch stuff on demand on your TV.
