BT gets in on Black Friday with 58% off broadband packages

BT has jumped onto the Black Friday bandwagon with tempting deals with impressive savings to new customers for its broadband, phone and TV services.

The provider's offering 58% off the cost of its popular unlimited broadband and weekend packages for a whole year, and 49% off the cost of a 12-month unlimited BT Infinity 1 broadband and weekend calls package. Quite a saving!

Traditionally, Black Friday has been the domain of gadget firms and retailers but the increasing popularity of flash sales with consumers has resulted in broadband providers such as Plusnet and BT getting in on the action too. You'll also have to be quick to catch this one, as it'll only be available until Monday, 1 December.

Customers that opt for one of BT's Black Friday deals will enjoy completely unlimited usage, plus the HomeHub 4 Router and some cloud storage space. UK Weekend Calls and online access to BT Sport TV content are included free of charge, plus a £50 Sainsbury's gift card that can be used online or in store.

New unlimited BT Infinity 1 package customers will get all the goodies previously mentioned, with much faster download speeds. As an added incentive to sign up, customers for this service will receive the latest HomeHub 5 Router and a £100 Sainsbury's gift card. The packages start from £5 per month and are subject to a 12-month contract.

However, bear in mind that new customers will have to take BT's Line Rental, which costs as little as £13.32 per month when it is paid a year in advance, and £16.99 a month otherwise.
