Sky is still the least complained-about broadband provider

Ofcom has published its latest telecoms complaints report, revealing which broadband and phone providers have garnered the most and least complaints this quarter. And once again, it’s Sky leading the way with the fewest customer complaints - only five per 100,000 customers.

At the other end of the scale, however, it's BT whose broadband attracted the most complaints in the last quarter at 26. It turned it around for landline though, with only 15 complaints per 100,000 - TalkTalk got the most landline complaints at 18.

Mobile customers, meanwhile, have had a much more satisfied three months, with all but one mobile network getting fewer than 10 complaints per 100,000 customers.

Tesco Mobile got the fewest complaints yet again, but Vodafone got the most - at 23 complaints per 100,000 customers, that's quite a bit higher than the industry average of seven.

Overall, though, these are incredibly good figures - the average number of complaints for the whole industry is the lowest it's been all year. And for both broadband and landline, this is the fewest number of complaints we've seen in the last six years. Providers are obviously stepping up their game.
