If you’ve been thinking about getting a Virgin Media TV and broadband package, now’s the time to do it as there’s just over 48 hours left in which to claim the cash rewards the provider is offering to new customers signing up to one of its Big Bundles.

If you get entry-level bundle Big Easy, which includes over 60 TV channels, fibre optic broadband offering download speeds of up to 50Mb and weekend calls to UK landlines and 0870 and Virgin Mobile numbers, by 7 January, 2015, you'll receive £50 credit. It's on an 18-month contract and costs £16 a month for the first 12 months - £22 after that - plus £16.99 a month line rental.

The Big Bang bundle features fibre offering over 130 TV channels, download speeds of up to 100Mb and weekend calls. It costs £25 a month for the first 12 months - £32 after that - plus £16.99 a month line rental and comes with a £75 reward.

The Big Kahuna and Big Daddy bundles offer the greatest reward of £100. Big Kahuna gets you over 230 TV channels, download speeds of up to 152Mb - over eight times faster than the average speed in the UK - and weekend calls. It costs £39 a month for the first 12 months - £49 after that - plus £16.99 a month line rental.

Big Daddy includes over 260 TV channels, download speeds of up to 152Mb and anytime calls to UK landlines, 0845 numbers, 0870 numbers and all UK mobile numbers. This package costs £85 a month for the first 12 months - £99 after that - plus £16.99 a month line rental.

You can add a mobile sim that'll give you 250 minutes of calls, unlimited texts and 250MB of mobile internet data to any of the deals for an extra £5 a month.

And you can find out if Virgin Media Big Bundles are available where you live in seconds simply by sticking your postcode into a price comparison website like, ooh, the one you're on now, for instance...
