Two free Champions and Europa League games on BT Sport

BT Sport has announced that two new vital UEFA Champions League and Europa League games will be broadcast for free on its BT Sport Showcase channel.

Tuesday 8 December will see Dutch PSV Eindhoven take on Russian team CSKA Moscow in the latest match in the UEFA Champions League. The Europa League gets its free coverage on Thursday 10 December, when the Scottish champs Celtic make their way to Turkey for a match against Fenerbahçe.

Head of BT Sport Simon Green said: "The final games of the group stages in European competition are always a vital and exciting time for teams and fans alike. BT Sport will give everyone the opportunity to watch these crucial UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League games exclusively live."

The matches are:

  • Tuesday 8 December - PSV Eindhoven v CSKA Moscow, 7.45pm (BT Sport Showcase, BT Sport Extra 1)
  • Thursday 10 December - Fenerbahçe v Celtic, 6pm (BT Sport Showcase, BT Sport Extra 4)

All 351 live Champions League and Europa League matches will be broadcast on BT Sport, with at least 12 Champions League and 14 Europa League games airing free on BT Sport Showcase.

BT Sport Showcase can be found on Freeview channel 59.
