"Truly unlimited" broadband is perfect for heavy downloaders, student households or families sharing their connection because it does not apply either a fair usage policy or traffic management. This lets you download as much as you want, whenever you want, with your broadband speed acting as the only restricting factor. Some packages offer "unlimited broadband" without a fair usage policy but with traffic management to make sure that very heavy downloaders do not affect your connection at peak times.
Excess Usage & Traffic Management
Truly unlimited broadband does not apply either a fair usage policy or traffic management, allowing you to download as much as you want, whenever you want, with your broadband speed acting as the only restricting factor.
There is a minimum call charge of 21.00p for calls to mobiles, 21.00p for international calls and 21.00p for all other calls not included in your package.
Where “-“ is displayed, there is no difference between daytime and evening call rates at the weekend.

Why do billing options matter?
Billing options let you choose how your bill is presented. An itemised bill shows the cost of individual calls you've made. Paper bills by post can sometimes cost extra, so online billing may save you money.
Landline features are optional extras usually costing a few pounds each per month. They let you do more with your phone than make and receive calls. For example, you might want to block certain types of number, or be able to have a three-way chat.
