BT Broadband, BT Superfast Fibre (formerly known as BT Infinity) and TV deals often come with a Sainsbury's gift card. Our guide points you towards the latest deals and shows you how to claim your gift card once you’ve signed up.
BT (www.BT.com) regularly offers Sainsbury's gift cards to customers signing up to BT Broadband, BT Superfast Fibre and TV online. If you're looking for a new broadband deal but haven't yet chosen a package, check out the latest BT deals on offer.
If you've already signed up to a BT package that comes with a Sainsbury's gift card,this is what you need to do to claim your gift card…
Go to the Claim Your Sainsbury's Gift Card page on www.BT.com.
You'll then be asked a few questions to check you're eligible for a Sainsbury's gift card:
1. Did you order your package on BT.com?
If you placed your order on the BT website - even if you saw the package on broadbandchoices.co.uk first - click 'yes'.
This is an online offer only - if you saw the offer online, but called BT to place your order, you're not eligible for a Sainsbury's gift card.
2. Is your BT Broadband or BT Superfast Fibre service up and running?
Click 'yes' if your broadband has already been installed and it's ready to use. If it hasn't been installed yet, return to the page to claim your gift card once it's up and running.
3. Please select the option that best describes you:
- I previously didn't have a broadband service and I am taking a new BT Broadband or BT Superfast Fibre package
- I've switched from another broadband provider to a new BT Broadband or BT Superfast Fibre package
- I ordered a BT employee Friends and Family deal
- I already had BT Broadband but have upgraded to BT Superfast Fibre
If you switched from BT Broadband to BT Superfast Fibre, select the date you upgraded from the drop-down menu.
If you're new to BT or using a BT employee Friends and Family deal, when prompted select your previous provider from the list given - choose 'other' if your previous provider isn't listed.
Once you've answered the questions you'll be asked to fill out a simple claim form.
You'll need to have your Vol Reference or Order Reference to hand for this, both of which can be found on any correspondence from BT regarding your package.
If you used a BT employee Friends and Family deal, you'll need to enter the work email address of the BT employee who referred you.
Click on the 'Claim now' button and you're done!
The form will be sent off for confirmation that you're eligible to claim, and your gift card will then be posted to the address where your BT Broadband, Superfast Fibre (formerly known as BT Infinity) or TV is installed. This can take up to 45 days, so don't worry if it doesn't arrive straight away.
