About John Lewis Broadband

John Lewis Broadband ( offers a range of broadband options, including fibre optic broadband.

In the past, the John Lewis Partnership, which owns John Lewis department stores and Waitrose supermarkets, delivered a range of services, including broadband, home phone and insurance via the Greenbee brand.

However, since 2010 the John Lewis Partnership has been providing broadband and home phone under the John Lewis name.

The John Lewis Broadband service

John Lewis Broadband offers three broadband packages:

  • The Standard package delivers speeds of up to 16Mb and has a monthly usage limit of 20GB
  • The Unlimited package also delivers speeds of up to 16Mb, but offers unlimited downloads.
  • The Fibre package delivers broadband via fibre optic cables, allowing for superfast download speeds of up 38Mb, and comes with a 100GB usage limit

All three packages offer a number of extras, including free customer support and a PC online security package.

When you get a John Lewis Broadband package, you'll also need to take a John Lewis phone line. A number of call packages are available, including inclusive evening and weekend calls, inclusive anytime calls and anytime international calls.
