In addition, gives you a 10GB download allowance each month. This can be upgraded to 25GB or 50GB for an additional cost each month.

How do I switch to home phone?

Switching to is quick and easy - simply contact the company when you have chosen the package you want and it will walk you through the necessary steps.

If you already have an active phone line there will be no interruption to your service and you should be able to keep the phone number you currently have.

Because the company operates an equipment-free service all the work is carried out at your local telephone exchange, so a technician won't need to visit your house, and will inform your existing home phone provider that it will be billing you for your line rental, line services and calls in the future.

If you don't have an active phone line, or if you are currently a Virgin Media ( customer, you may need to have a new phone line installed or an old one reactivated. In this case, you will need to arrange for a BT engineer to come to your property.
