What is CHILI TV?

CHILI TV (www.chili.tv) is a video on demand service with no fixed monthly fee, where you only pay for what you choose to watch. You can rent or buy films, choosing from thousands of titles - including new releases just a few weeks after the cinema. You can play films on multiple devices (iOS, Android and Windows smartphones, tablet, PC, smart TV and more) and even download them, so you can take them with you watch them offline!

What does the reward include?

The broadbandchoices reward gives you £10 free CHILI TV credit, every month for 12 months. You can use this credit to rent any titles within CHILI TV's 'Special Selection' category. (You won't be able to buy these films to keep.)

You can qualify for the reward by purchasing any BT broadband package; any BT broadband and phone bundle; or any BT broadband, phone and TV bundle through broadbandchoices between 06/09/2016 - 09/09/2016 and 21/09/2016-30/09/2016.

Please note: if you cancel your order within 14 days of placing it then you will NOT qualify for the reward.

How do I redeem my reward?

You will be able to redeem your reward once you receive your offer confirmation email, containing your reward code.

You will receive this email and reward code within 20 days of placing your order and signing-up through broadbandchoices.

Once you have received your reward code, simply visit the CHILI TV website (https://uk.chili.tv/) and enter your reward code on the home page before midnight 30/11/2016.

You will then be asked to either login (if you are an existing CHILI TV member) or sign up (as a new member). Once you have logged in/ created your account, you will receive £10 credit added to your wallet each month for 12 months. This can be used to rent movies from the 'Special Selection' category.

How will I receive my credit?

Your monthly £10 free credit will be automatically added to your wallet once you have redeemed your reward code. Your first month's £10 free credit will appear in your wallet on the date of redemption. Your wallet will then be topped up monthly, following this date, for a total of 12 instalments.  

What movies can I watch with my £10 free credit?

You can rent any titles from CHILI TV's 'Special Selection' category. Simply go to Catalogue>Promotions>Special Selection to see the wide range of movies available.

When will I receive my broadbandchoices reward code?

You will be sent your reward code via email once you have qualified for the reward (having purchased a promotional BT product and kept it past the 14 cancelation period). Your offer email will be sent to you within 3 working days of qualifying. 

How long do I have to redeem my reward?

The reward code expires at midnight on 30 November 2016.

You must use your reward code by this date or you will not be able to redeem your reward.

What if I haven't received my offer email/ reward code?

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participants of the Promotion agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. The promotion is open to all UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter or Administrator and their affiliates or agents, the immediate families of such employees and any other person connected with this promotion.

2. Participants must purchase a broadbandchoices promotional BT product (excluding BT mobile products) via the broadbandchoices website between 06/09/2016 - 09/09/2016 and 21/09/2016-30/09/2016 ("the promotional period"). Participants must then retain their BT product beyond the 14 day cancellation period. Entrants who cancel their BT product within 14 days of purchase will be deemed invalid.

3. Each qualifying Participant will receive an email containing a promotional unique code which will enable them to claim £10 free CHILI TV credit, each month for 12 months ("the offer"). This credit can be used to rent movies from the "SPECIAL SELECTION" catalogue. You cannot buy these films to keep. Emails will be sent within 3 working days from the end of the 14 day cancellation period.

4. To redeem the offer, qualifying Participants must visit the CHILI TV website www.chili.tv and enter their promotional code on the home page. Participants will then be directed to either login if they are an existing CHILI TV member, or sign up to create a new account.

5. All promotional codes must be redeemed via the CHILI TV website by midnight 30/11/2016. Any code redeemed after this date will be deemed invalid.

6. All promotional unique codes are for single use only.

7. Only one reward may be redeemed per participant.

8. The promotional value of £10 will be automatically added to the Participant's CHILI TV Wallet, and is valid to rent films from the "SPECIAL SELECTION" (Catalogue/Promotions/Special Selection) only. The credit will be added each month, consecutively from the account activation date for a maximum of twelve £10 credits.

9. The Monthly value of £10 does not accrue and will not be carried over to the following month. Any unused credit from the promotional value will be canceled at the end of each month.

10. The Promoter and the Administrator accept no responsibility for any claims that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, lost, damaged, delayed or any failure of the internet or of any kind that might prevent any Participant from receiving a reward or to redeem a reward by midnight 30/11/2016 at which time the Participant's promotional code expires.

11. The Promoter and the Administrator reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require purchasers to provide further verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, the Promoter and the Administrator reserves the right to reject those claims which it considers, in its absolute discretion, are fraudulent or invalid.

12. Your claim will be deemed invalid if (including but not limited to) you;

a) reside outside of the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man;

b) are under 18 years old;

c) have not purchased a qualifying BT product, via the promotional broadbandchoices route, during the promotional period as referenced above.

d) have failed in any way to otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions as determined by The Promoter or TLC Marketing in its sole discretion.

e) Do not appear as a qualifying Participant as deemed by broadbandchoices.

13. The Promoter and the Administrator reserves the right to replace the offer with one of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond its control.

14. This offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 

15. The promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion.

16. Insofar as permitted by law, Neither the Promoter and the Administrator, nor its agents or distributors will, permitted by law, be responsible or liable to compensate the purchaser or other bearer, or accept any liability, any personal loss or injury occurring whilst using The Offer, neither can they guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered when using The Offer and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

17. We will use your details to run the Promotion for the purposes of operating the Promotion only, unless otherwise stated in the claim details. We won't keep your details after the promotion has ended or send you marketing unless you have agreed to this. By entering the Promotion you accept these terms. 18. This promotion is administered by TLC Marketing UK Ltd (TLC), PO Box 468, Swansea SA1 1RH. 19. The Promoter and the Administrator's decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this offer, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the competition or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

20. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
