iPhone 15 Pro Max design
The iPhone 15 Pro Max features a sharp design that is redolent of past iPhones and remains top of the tree when it comes to smartphone style. There’s a contoured finish and titanium edge that replaces the old steel one, bringing the weight down significantly.
The vast 6.7-inch screen has a resolution of 1290 x 2796 pixels, while under the hood it packs the same specs as the iPhone 15 Pro with an A17 Pro chipset. It takes things on from last year’s iPhone 14 Pro Max, operating at a faster speed, making it great for gaming and streaming in particular.
The main pull is once again the Dynamic Island feature, which allows Apple to drop the notch design for a more nuanced cutout that is great for dual screen use and accessing notifications. This now works in conjunction with the new action button on the side of the phone. Using haptic feedback, it shows you options for silencing, accessing the camera, focus mode and other tasks on the Dynamic Island.

The iPhone 15 Pro Max includes a triple lens camera with a main 48MP lens and an updated 12MP telephoto option that can handle 5x optical zoom. The latter is only found on the iPhone 15 Pro Max and is aimed at taking on the Google Pixel 7 Pro and Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.
